Rockpoint Church is dedicated to making Jesus known worldwide by supporting over 30 missionaries and global partners who share His love beyond our walls. Regularly, we highlight our global missions partners, sharing ways you can pray for them and learn about their incredible work.
Missionaries of the Month: the Fagerlands
Seth and Marcela Fagerland are serving with Word of Life in Panama. The mission of Word of Life is to evangelize and disciple youth, strengthen local churches, and train the next generation. Their primary vision is 'helping young people take their next step with Jesus'. Word of Life is in 90 countries around the world with over 1,600 missionaries.
Seth and Marcela lead the Cross-Cultural Internship (CCI) program that has recently been growing in Panama as well as serving as liaisons for United States churches that partner with and visit for short-term ministry.
Please pray for:
- Our family transition to Panama in July. Pray for all the details of beginning our lives here, especially finding our future home.
- Favor as we begin our role in overseeing the Cross-Cultural Interns serving in Panama
- Community and relationships, especially through our local church and WoL ministry team

Each year, we host a conference at Rockpoint Church called "Rockpoint Reaching," where we welcome our global mission partners and supported ministries from around the world.
CHURCH PLANTING IN EGYPT
As we make Jesus known from here to everywhere – by going and making a move in our life, community, and world – we're committed to growing our global reach. In 2024, Rockpoint officially formed a partnership with Via to plant churches in the Delta/Middle East Area of Egypt.
