Rockpoint Church is dedicated to making Jesus known worldwide by supporting over 30 missionaries and global partners who share His love beyond our walls. Regularly, we highlight our global missions partners, sharing ways you can pray for them and learn about their incredible work.
Missionary of the Month: Elise Laudet
Elise Laudet is currently fundraising to serve as the European Division Coordinator for APEX Missions. Her role consists of coordinating mission trips for young adults who are looking to take the next step into missions. Throughout the year her primary focus will be connecting with young adults, overseas missionaries, and their local churches, as they set up sites and various mission trips. During the summers she will also serve as leadership support for Apex’ European sites.
APEX is the student mission arm of the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA). Their mission is to mobilize and equip the next generation of gospel influencers. They do this by partnering with the local church through ReachGlobal and long-term missionaries to help young adults experience missions on a personal level.
Elise is currently fundraising full-time while working as a nanny. As of February 1, 2025, she reached 60% of her fundraising goal which allows her to begin serving with APEX on a part-time basis. She is continuing her fundraising efforts to reach 100% to be full-time in ministry.
Elise is a member of Rockpoint Church and has been volunteering with the kids and students’ ministries for over 12 years. The past two years of fundraising have been both an encouraging and challenging endeavor. She’s very grateful for a supportive family and home church. She is excited to continue building her support team of individuals and families who are passionate about partnering with her both prayerfully and financially. Elise has a huge heart to help equip the next generation of believers to advance the Gospel around the world!

ROCKPOINT REACHING
Each year, we host a conference at Rockpoint Church called "Rockpoint Reaching," where we welcome our global mission partners and supported ministries from around the world. Save the date for this year's conference: Sunday, June 22, 2025.
CHURCH PLANTING IN EGYPT
As we make Jesus known from here to everywhere – by going and making a move in our life, community, and world – we're committed to growing our global reach. In 2024, Rockpoint officially formed a partnership with Via to plant churches in the Delta/Middle East Area of Egypt.
