Ministry Event/Program Form

Communication Requests

Use this online form for communication requests not related to an event or ministry program (such as requests that come up after a program or ministry has started).

This form covers deliverable requests for items like video, photography, graphics, banners, A-frame signs, yard signs, gathering area signs, warehouse posters, 11x17 or 8.5x11 posters, booklets, special print projects, and more.

You can also use this form to submit communication requests for various platforms, including church announcements, eNews, website updates, gathering area TVs, social media, text messages, app push notifications, and special emails.

Only complete this form if you don't need to submit the Ministry Event/Program Form above (communication needs are included on that form to eliminate duplicated requests).  Communication requests will be reviewed weekly on Monday.  After the weekly review, you will receive follow-up regarding your request.

What's the timeline for communication projects?

Once you submit your form with all the necessary info you can expect this timeline for your project:

  • Administration Tasks (1 to 2 Weeks) Your ministry admin or the Office Manager will need all details for updating the calendar, making registrations, and any forms.
  • Design & Revisions (1 to 2 Weeks) During this time, you'll receive a first draft of your project. From there, we'll make any requested revisions and changes. Once all revisions are completed, you'll get a draft to proof. We'll make any necessary corrections and then send you the final/completed project with all deliverables.
  • Printing (1 to 2 Weeks) Depending on your project, we will outsource your printing or work with the office staff to complete your job in house.
  • Website/App Updates (1 to 2 Weeks) Typically, we can turn around a small website update within the same week. Larger updates or new page creation will take longer.
  • Videography (2 to 3 weeks) Most testimony/story videos will take multiple weeks as it requires scheduling a shoot date, making an outline of questions for the interview, and editing the video. The ministry leader is responsible for the logistics in getting interviewee date scheduled as well as working with the Communication Director on the interview questions/video storyboard. For reels or highlight videos of event, please allow for 1 to 2 weeks of editing after the event date.
  • Photography (1 Week) Communications can promise/deliver 25 professionally edited photos (high resolution) from your event or ministry program. We typically take photos to recap and highlight an event as well as for future promo. Editing will take place after the event and allow for 1 week turn-around.
  • Promotion (6 to 8 Weeks): All of these tasks must be completed before your promotion deadline. To ensure success, begin promoting your event or ministry program 6 to 8 weeks in advance. This will provide sufficient time for church-wide communication and awareness, setting the stage for a successful event or ministry program.
